These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and dealraid ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the dealraid website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
The "Wallet Balance" or "Credits" displayed in your account represents a limited, non-transferable license to use digital features on the Site. These funds are not a bank account and do not accrue interest. They are strictly for the purchase of services within our platform.
All purchases of Wallet funds (via Credit Card, BLIK, or other methods) are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. By topping up your wallet, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital good which is consummated immediately upon provision.
We reserve the right to expire unused Wallet balances if an account remains inactive for a period exceeding 12 months, subject to a 30-day prior notice sent to your registered email address.
Users with access to our API ("API Users") agree to the following strict guidelines:
When you purchase a Pro Plan, you are buying access for a specific period (e.g., 30 days). Access is granted immediately and remains active until the expiration date.
Our plans are not subscriptions. You will not be charged automatically. To extend your Pro status, you must manually purchase another period using your Wallet balance.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your account.
Account Ban Policy: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., chargebacks, API abuse, harassment).
In no event shall dealraid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
